I did think of this situation earlier and comes to few of the conclusions -
1. There are less number of people in the system who had applied for (and through) French test as one of the language as compared to that of English.
2. Siblings point - Adding this also as an add-on points. This will be because of seeing the trends from all these years since the paper-back system was in operation. Well if on counting over Sibling points, then I believe there will be one in ever 20 or 30 candidates be having their sibling in Canada. Remember, the sibling we are talking about is the blood relations and not uncle aunt son or daughter.
Also, there are high chances that the cut-off will touch around 395 by May itself if there will be three draws at least.
