Hello house just a quick question. I got ITA and I included my girlfriend while I was creating my profile but as inaccompany now I record ITA and I am asked to provide some documents for my girlfriend which we don't currently have. I have 426 points and I am thinking of declining my invitation. And get back to the pool without her. Will there be any issues in the long run. After I decline the ITA. Please advise

NOC applies for Skills (not program) and is applicable to FSW, FSTP, and CEC. It will depend on you which program you have selected.

around 7-9 PM indian time.
and ITAs are issues within 24 hrs of draw.

you have to decline if u added ur girlfriend as spouse. Coz it ll be fraud.
Declining ita and creating new one without her wont affect u
