Mate, don't be like that. I applied for FSWP in 2014 only to find out my application was late and the quota was filled. Then applied in EE again in 2015, but we all know how that year went. IELTS expired in 2016 and i didn't renew it. This year, just thought i'd do it in case the scores come down and gave it on March 4th, seeing the score drop to 434 (i was beside myself).

Couldn't wait for the IELTS result to come, and when it finally did - and i saw i scored CLB10 - I immediately re-created my EE profile. Now score is 441 and I'm expecting the ITA very soon.

You can't be disheartened, just need to keep pushing on. Just know that you've done your best and leave the rest up to God or the Universe or whatever you believe in. Trust me...it'll happen if it's meant to.

For me it came around the same time. Actually my CIC was few minutes earlier. i would suggest checking the email as it is easier to check rather than keep logging into account which takes longer.
