With CRS 433, you will be getting an ITA in April for sure. Hold on tight for a few more days.
Dont lose hope..

Nothing is for sure...

is that matter I clicked in EE profile to check the forms without changing anything while waiting for ITA?

Nope.

at 429 had high expectations but now disappointed ...... even work permit is about to expire in july...... >:( :(

Hello house,

I have been a silent watcher. Congrats to everyone who received ITA today, and good luck to those who have yet to receive. I entered the pool at 445 a week ago. I have now received ITA but I have a BIG concern. I have a valid residence permit as a student in the U.K. but my 6month old son who came into the UK as a visitor has now overstayed his status.
I am worried that his overstay will negatively impact our application.
I would really appreciate your advice. Thank you.

CIC does not care what someone below the age of 18 does. I dont know what liability the parents have considering that a 6 month old child cant go back on his own.

You need a police clearance from the countries you lived for more than 6 months in the past 10 years.

I see, thank you for your response. Does anyone know the steps in which you would take to get the police clearance for Canada? I've been here 1.5 years now... so I will definitely need one.

I appreciate your response. Your point is valid, which is exactly my fear. I know that a baby is not expected to leave the country by himself, and I am to be held responsible for that. I wonder if our application can be rejected due to this

No, I did the same when I got ITA. I actually got the message few minutes before the email. Just don't modify your profile or I would say, dont even open it if it says you have read all the messages. if it says, unread message, thats your ITA. Congrats.

I have opened my profile, but not modified it. Will it prevent me from receiving ITA?

Checking my email before bed and saw a message from CIC...

ITA when least expected!!!! Finally! Now I'm too excited to sleep. ???

CIC doesn't require a police clearance for Canada.

I don't think so.
