You just need a scan copy of your IELTS TRF. You probably might be confusing it with ECA where at a later stage OINP will ask you for an extra copy directly from WES.

Possible.. my head is full of rules, regulations, documents and scans. I dont have enough +1's for all your help people. Thanks.

Hello Guys,
Could anyone Please help me to find answer for below 2 questions:

1)Is birth Certificate Mandatory for OINP??I don't have birth certificate..Will the letter from Consulate + Affidavit can be used in place of it?
2)DO we have to request OINP to stop processing application,if in case I get PR through EE? I know charges are non refundable..but what i wanted to know is whether we can process both application parallelly?

1 - Signed Affidavit from your parents should be fine.
2 - You can ask them to stop processing your application. There is no point in processing parallely since once you get ITA, your profile will freeze and you cannot do anything else to it since you will be doing paper work based on your CRS score at ITA. You can write to to OINP and withdraw. You will lose your money and there is no other issue with that.

IELTS is the fastest and easiest way to boost your score given how volatile the CRS situation is.

Another 430 here. What is the educational constraints for OINP. I thought there was none for the human capital stream. Are there any other similar restrictions.

You have to have a bachelor's degree equivalent to that of a canadian's bachelor degree. no less.

Hello all

OINP is reopening next week and it has brought both excitement as well as a bit of worry to me. Till yesterday, all of us were discussing the drop of cic score. Now, if we keep assuming that scores will go down further, does anybody have any idea on what possible modification OINP will bring to its program?

Suppose if CIC score goes down to up to 420, will OINP take this into account and issue NOI to applicants with score between 400 & 419.
I mean, they must also be knowing that nobody would like to waste $1500 and wait for extra 5-8 months and everybody would wait for at least 2 more draws of CIC before considering their NOI.

If anybody have any opinion, please share......

Mine is a similar situation too, 419 CRS Score, 2 years canadian work exp, no bachelors or work exp from india, gave CELPIP again, but scores remain unchanged, dont know what to do. OPNP is also starting next week, god knows if ever points will drop down to this extent..

I have 2 years of canadian work exp in NOC B, 2 years of canadian education, CELPIP: R- 10, L- 9, W- 8, S- 7. Sat for CELPIP twice, got the same score both the times. Stuck at 419, OPNP is going to start as well from next week. God please help!!

Don't you have 90 days to submit documents? I don't know how long it will take ECA to arrive tho. Good Luck!! Hope you'll get it on time. :)
