I just now checked with my friend who has also applied individually and he shared below link with me.
Rules have changed from 10th Jan 2017 . I dont know how much processing was earlier for Spousal Sponsorship but now it is processed within 12 months and meanwhile partner can apply for open WP as well.

It seems its better to apply individually if you want to make it to draw early & suspsecting that you might miss score by 1-2 points.

Thanks astralsource. I think the upcoming 3-4 draws will be nerve wrecking for all in 400 - 440 range including myself. Whether to take risk by holding on to EE draws or shell out that 1500 CAD and secure ourselves.

I created my profile in the first week of Feb and everything was active and I didn't get the ITA although my CRS score is 449 if the score gets even lower does this mean that I will get the ITA tomorrow? Anyone please help because I am freaking out lol

Your wife could save this with IELTS and you should get through 22 March!

Until then you will be getting OINP PT probably. If she doesnt get the needed score, stall OINP, prepare documents and accept in April if CRS cut off is not at your advantage, extra expenses yes - but a peace od mind. OINP = safe place!

ITA is a computer based draw, its strange you did not get An ITA, was your job bank active?
If you have properly submitted ee application and activated job bank and your score is reflected there is no reason that you should not get an ITA, you will definitely get tomorrow and if not then there is a procedure by contacting CIC, someone told me with a situation like you, if you will need it, i ll ask my friend and let u know.

that is my exact thought. Only alarm is that IELTS results containing TRF number will be posted around March 17 and the draw is on 22nd. I have to get hold of that TRF number before that to update the profile
