You need this company to provide another job offer for atleast 1 yr after you become PR. If you change company or leave it you will not get 50 points

where is it mentioned? They just said ..one year of canadian exp is required..Didnt mention it needs one year after u get your PR

I created my profile on 14th Nov itself, and got 475. Was actually traveling for almost a month, didn't have time to create the profile. ;D
