So how often do these provinces give out nominations? Should we expect similar nominations affecting the next draw as well?
Ontario & BC will finish nominations in a couple of months. Don't expect any drastic cut in crs score till then.

Still I expect crs score will come to 450 level within next 4 draws

Exactly and after getting nomination only EEBC PNP will be applying through EE. Others will apply through regular paper based application.

No, the page you link is just ITAs for BC PNP, those people still need to submit their docs and wait for processing.

Also guys you got to keep in mind if there are 2000 ITAs in every draw this will substantially increase the PR processing time. Right now it says 41 days, you could expect that to go to 60-80 days soon if we keep getting this huge number of ITAs.
Well 41 days time is for PR card. Not for Express entry. Cic processing time is 6 months after EE. Before EE applicants also waited for years. And the number of immigrants are same so it will not affect the time of processing. The number of ITAs have gone up because in 2015-16 CIC was facing huge backlog of pre EE applications and EE was taking half of the total immigration targets. Now for 2017 targets as mention on the CIC site majority of them will come through EE so the pre EE backlog has been reduced thats why high number of ITAs. And in 2018-19 it will reduce more and the EE will take 100% applicants resulting in more larger draws of around 3000+

Life will not stop for those provinces after clearing the old backlog. all they need (like Ontario) is to reopen their main streams again and they will have many applicants pouring in.

Except for Ontario and BC, all other PNPs are so backward and outdated. They still use the floodgate system where they cannot control the quality and how many applicants they should receive.

The positive thing is that the ITAs are high as I told you people before and I think it will remain like that. The size of the draw will increase to 2500 ITAs atleast if not more than that. And it is a good number if we look it in a longer term. At this time the positive is that for the 1st time we got a draw of almost 2100. And if it remains in that range of 2000-2500 for upcoming draws and not fall below then in 3-4 months we will see scores coming down.

Number of reasons why CRS dropped just 3 points
1. From april 2016 to 21st oct 2016 CIC did not gone below 482 so there were large number of people in 450-481 range which will take time to clear up.

2. As we are nearing end of an year and OINP has to resume so they are nominating in bulk.

I think if the size of the draw remains like this we will soon see scores going below 450. Lots of people here are saying that after 2080 ITAs its just gone down by 3 points. Well if they had remain to their previous level of 1200-1500 ITAs I think the score would have hiked by 3-5 points because there are lots of them waiting in the range of 450-475 and would have still waited more time and lots of others would have joined them too in coming 2 weeks. So we should look at positives that the number of ITAs are increasing and if it remains like this the score will touch more lower levels thus clearing up the range of 450-472.
If all the talks about clearing pre-EE backlog are right, then there may not be too much increase in processing time as the officers worked on pre-EE applications would now turn to EE.

Those are ITA to the BC PNP not ITA for Express Entry. Which means 608 people have been invited to apply to be nominated those individuals will potentially gain an additional 600 points after BC processes their applications.

AHAHAHAHAHAHA. Let me try and fix that for ya. 4001 ITAs, 440
How long does bc take for processing, hopefully few months time

Can we apply for BOWP right after we get an ITA or do we have to wait for something?

PNP has its own quota of 51,000 so what is the point to worry about. Still 73,700 without PNP will get through EE system. PNP raises the scores but its temporary. We have seen scores gone down to 450 with 1500 ITAs as well. And dont forget the score has not gone so low for 6 months as it is now so lots of people will be waitng in 450-471 range that will take some time to clear up if the draws remain 2000-2500.

Most people would agree with me that if EE in 2015 would have started with 2000-2500 number of ITAs rather than 1500. Than 425 would have been the lowest score to date.

Those 73k do include family memebers of each applicant. They also include Trades, business stream and newly also special type of provincial programm called Atlantic immigration (like additional PNP for 4 regions NS, NB, NFL, PEI). That one is to be like 2000 applicants, which means like 4000 to 5000 of those are intended only for that programm. I would not even wonder, if the whole difference would assigned into those provinces.

I don't think it will be that small number. We have to consider new applicant that are joining between 2 draws plus new PNP approvals in between that..
