Did you work for a company outside of Canada and they transfered you to their Canadian branch? What does your visa say?

Yep, I work for a company in India and I came here on assignment of same company. Now I am on payroll of Canadian branch of same company

Check with your hr or look on your visa to see what it says.

If you work for an IT company, is highly probable that you'll be having an ICT visa.

Also, my company used to issue salary in depute branch with the depute country salary slip, yet I've been an employee of Indian branch itself. Please check with your colleagues/personnel officer as well, just for confirmation.

As long as you have already been there for 12 months.

As per the news, Candidates with work permit (Intra company transfer) in NOC category 0 AND B will get additional 50 points even if there is no LMIA.

Change the Comprehensive Ranking System points for a job offer:
50 points for a valid job offer in a National Occupational Classification 0, A or B occupation

So after 12 months on a ICT you get 50 points for having 1 year of CWE, plus 50 points for being on a ICT? Or are you referring just to the 50 points for Canadian Exp.?

After 1 year of Canadian work you get 40 points, the same as before. If it's on an ICT permit the same company is offering you a job, you get 50. So 90 points.
