I don't think they look at the number of draws in a calendar month. More likely it is the number of weeks between (usually 2). Just happens some months have three Wednesdays in them.

Feel like they will have another draw next Wednesday .

I really hope there is a draw tonight. Sitting at 469. turning a 1 year older on the 2nd nov. Getting older has never been more sadder as a result of this EE. With my luck am sure when they get down to the 469 I would have already lost 5 points.

ha ha problem is i dont think score will ever come down below 450 ... thats my opinion.
have you maxed out marks via ielts ? if not, you should try to rewrite ielts and get CLB10 in all fields, else apply for PNP... maybe even OINP when it reopens
