Ideally, Yes.I have a CRS score of 468 (CEC Inland). I made my profile and added it to the pool on 1 May 2020 @ 7:00 AM UTC. The date and time of the round is 1 May 2020 @ 11:33:47 UTC (452). Since my score is considerably higher than the draw, should I be expecting an ITA since I put m profile into the pool before the round?
