Hi Mudjawd,
I too in the same situation. I read a article
https://globalnews.ca/news/4142592/trudeau-liberals-overhaul-discriminatory-immigration-law-disabilities/
which says policy was changed in 2018 , IRCC can not reject the application because of this special needs.
I am planning to declare my Son’s condition during medical exams because I am feeling that it is better to declare and face the consequences.
QUOTE="mudjawd, post: 8468387, member: 477242"]hi all. now that i have an ITA. i wanted to check on next step regarding health check. My son was diagnosed with autism 2.5 years back (at age 3 YO) due to his speech delay by o
ne of the specialists in Canada. He eventually caught up (got him in pre school). Now my son goes to his school and is in KG and is absolutely fluent in english . A good student with zero complaints . He is just like any kid and very social too.
I wanted to know that for the doctor checkup for my son, will the doctor be able to
access his medical history from the past (we've been here almost 5 years). I am afraid that it can be used as a means to delay/impact our application. any advise will be helpful.[/QUOTE]
