As per recent trend, 2,000 profiles per week are entering the pool having 450+ score which I think will slow down a bit to 1000 - 1200 per week. (Just an assumption..will be confirmed with tomorrow CRS distribution pool table). There will be roughly 8 draws till the FST draw in 2nd week of May. If the number of ITAs per draw remains at 3400,then 27,200 ITA would be issued before the FST draw in May.
After the last draw on January 8 2020, 16,000 would have been left with 450+ scores.

450+
Profiles left: 16,000
New profiles that would enter the pool (From January 2nd week till May 1st week) - 1200*15 = 18000
Expected ITAs = 27,200

Balance = 6756

My prediction is that CRS would drop down to 455-460 in April hopefully.

If tomorrow pool table shows a total of 18k candidates with 450+ CRS, then there is hope for people having score 455+.

Stay positive and goodluck everyone
As much as I wish this is true. PNP nominations from last year have started to kick in. In fact a lot of people who were invited for Alberta last year have got 600 points added to their EE Profiles post 9th Jan 2020. It’s similar with those who received a Nomination from NS. It seems like the trend will continue.

Expect the cut-offs to rise. :(

Do you guys think if a significantly large number of people (suppose 100,000) with CRS under 400 apply to get into the EE pool today, will this bring down the cut-off?
What makes you think low score candidates will bring down the cut off. You can have 1 million people under 400 and 5000 people above 470. The cut off is still going to be 470+

I was giving out a hypothetical situation. But yeah makes sense since the top 3500 are always going to be the ones invited, regardless of the millions with scores below 400.

Reading all of threads, I am losing hope at 453 (NOC 2171).
What are the ways to increase score ?
WES did not recognize my MBA, rather have 1 year Diploma. From what other institutions can I get an ECA? And which will take minimum time.
Can I attach ECA from 2 different bodies for two different degrees ( like bachelor's from WES and then M A from other ECA body?)

IELTS - w-7, L-8.5, R -7, S-8

Never studied or worked in Canada.

CRS at 1030 as I got OINP nomination. Expecting ITA in the next draw, hopefully today.
Kindly advise if medicals should be redone as I did an upfront medical in May 2019.

Good luck man! How many days would upfront medicals save in the application?

There has been no change in the PNP quotas so the trend will remain almost the same. The only thing that raised the bar was new profiles with 470+ score and you might have noticed that even after 3 weeks gap the CRS couldn't go beyond 473.

Same here. My birthday was a couple days ago and I moved from 465 to 459. I am really losing hope. :(

Hi guys
I am at 465 and got NOI from OINP on 15th January, should I proceed with the application or wait till 29th Jan hoping if there is a b2b and 465 is the cutoff. Am I being too optimistic ?

Any meaningful suggestions ?

I think you will have to do it again because as far as I know your medical should be valid till you land in canada. and medical report are valid for one year
