Hi, I need some advice. I have received an invitation today. But am confused if I should accept this one or wait for the next draw. I got my FD done on 28th of Aug. Even if I sumit my documents on the last day which will be 18th Nov, I’ll be 10 days short of my FD being 3 months old as required.
Is there a chance my proof of funds won’t be an issue if it’s 2 months and 20 days old.
Or should I wait for the 2nd Oct draw to happen just to be safe!

Depends on what your CRS score is. If it is high, and you're confident to get an ITA again, you should do it the right way and decline. If you have been lucky to receive the ITA, you have to find a loophole in the system, or some other way.

(One way is to get funds transferred to your account from a relative, preferably parents, with a gift deed.)

Even if your POF is two days old, it wont be an issue as long as you have Deed of Gift or something showing the money is yours. If i were you, i won't reject the invitation

Thanks man. I went to UK and studied for 5 years (Bachelors plus masters) - PR Impossible. Now Australia - Impossible. Thought Canada, gave it a try with great IELTS on first try - now impossible. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be eligible for any of the PNP.

As luck would have it ... journey is over now!

You should look to increase your IELTS score in all the bands.. I think its still very much a possibility for you.. The journey is very much alive tbh

With every bi weekly draw I tend to try and trust all the positive guys around here and ignore the negative folks..

Try to analyze the hard work people are putting in explain the trends and number of profiles coming into the pool on a daily basis etc.

The lesson at the end of the day is very clear and thus I am mentioning it in bold below.

The pool is growing on a daily basis. I think it's 120k plus profiles now vs 100k last year. The number of invitations for some reason and very controlled this year and artificial inflation happened in the month of May 2019. On top of all this pnp invitations and nominations are being issued in bulk vs periodic when compared to previous years.

2020 seems to be a more difficult year versus 2019. Every Wednesday I hope and pray for a back to back draw to change this situation, but that's not happening, and I wonder when this bull pnp invitations effect will come to an end so that we can see some relief.

If someone can logically analyise which province is due how many more nominations for this year and deduct the total from the ITA target for the year, only this could give us an indiciative truth about where is the CRS score is heading.

Congratulations to all who received the ITA !
New to this forum and have a few queries.. I have appeared for my IELTS (CLB 9) and awaiting my ECA from WES in a week or two (Hopefully). My CRS comes to 463, however birthday due in Dec so will lose points there. Any chances of getting lucky with ITA by the time I get my ECA report and create my EE profile in coming weeks?
Also, my NOC code is 2171, so can anyone guide me if I can apply for OINP?
Thanks in advance :)

I would suggest you to write IELTS again and get CLB 10. You have a good score alrady, agreed. But it can be improved. With a CLB 10 and Masters from UK and 3 year work experience, My CRS was safe in all these draws (Single applicant). I don't know your situation and circumstances but before deciding the journey is over give it a try at lease, what is there to loose after all

I think they are not going for 90k this year or else they would have increased number of ITAs to 3900 instead of sticking to 3600. It is clear indication that they are only meeting targets of 81,000 and not going higher. Any thoughts guys?
You are right man, they will do 7 more draws or 8 if B2B in Dec. In that case they will reach more than 85K with 3600 ITA per draw. So I think some major will happen after election or all have to deal with higher cutoffs forever but we have to forget about 440-450.

May be they will just do draws on their convenience to keep cut off above at least 458 or issue more and more PNP so they can keep people outside of overflowing provinces.

I have lost total faith in EE, This is Canada not states just welcome who deserve.

Please don't waste ITA's like this and snatch away some deserving person's chance in next draw.
Try and work out other means and make use of the ITA which you've got. I am sure there is always a solution to work upon and wasting ITA is definitely not a good option.
Thanks!
