Don't spread any fake hope, the ITA target is only 81400 this year and 59800 already issued ~ which mean only 21600 ITA left this year (21600 / 3600 ITA = 6 draws left) I think they will conduct 1-2 more draw but that's it....no reason for b2b draw again and ita increase

They are 5100 ITA ahead compare to last year. As long as they meet the annual target of 81400, they are good to go and enjoy their Christmas break.

They can choose to invite more but not required.

I tried my level best to find sense on your posts but you again proved everyone of us in the pool wrong. Kindly have some research and then post your comments, the picture you have shown is about targets and have you ever tried to check the records about no of ITAs issued. Bring some reality in you first and then take such names. You are the person who is consistently throwing negativity instead of writing something which would either motivate someone or pat their back for a better step forward. Just check the numbers in targets and what actually has been issued. As per previous trends there would be roughly 94K + - ita to be issued in this year and around 35K are yet to be issued before year end.

In 2017, Total issued ITA were 86,023 against target of 71,400 and similarly in 2018 they issued 89,800 against 74,900 which means 20% higher than the targeted numbers and this year targets are around 81,400 just do some math while adding 20% on it.

Yes by all means. You can say wahtever you want to whomever you want. The word " good luck " have different meanings for some people.

For example, the greeting "How do you do ?" could be replied by "How do you do"
But if you really think about that, if i'm asking "how do you do ?" , i 'm actually ask your well being. and i'm expecting to hear something like "Great!" or " Not good ,i'm been sick lately " and have another conversiation.
However, nowadays , the pharse "how do you do ?" is merely a greeting that people "pretend" to care about others. they don't care about other's life. So there's no need for proper response. I say " how do you do?" to show that i care about you. you replied " how do you do ?" to show that you care about me . But none of which is true, people just do that.
So , when i say "good luck" i meant since you already done your best, the only thing matter is fate and i wish you good luck to get whatever you want.
when someother people say "good luck" maybe they don't mean what i do. I can make peace with that. I just want to point out that, there's a difference.

Though I totally agree with that 'saying' 'One must do their best before falling back to luck', you must understand that one can only try their best, if they remain optimistic throughout. Good wishes aim to bring about such positivism in the group. And as for 'hang in there', what makes you think that those in 440s have no chance, or that telling them to hang on equates to false hope? H
an example for you. @EnthuChap was stuck in the limbo since forever. His CRS is about 442. Each draw acted as the abysmal dark encroaching further and further upon his ray of hope. A couple of weeks ago he landed an OINP invitation. Now do you think it was wrong to ask such a guy to 'hang on' when he was feeling down some? He is one of the greatest motivational stories this group has seen so far (and his is not an isolated case).
So please, try to understand the significance of 'hang on' and 'good luck', before you jump in with your stoicism.

Besides, this is not something to even argue about. It's a human thing to wish well upon others. Men wish each other good luck, even when in a failing cause, because such is the meaning of the phrase 'good luck'. A good dose of luck can outdo peril. And equally truthful is the saying, that 'without luck, even the best of preparations may fail'. Moreover, wishing well upon others is very well a part of most cultures around the world! How can you even go against something so universal!

I have query regarding my work experience.

I have been working with a company xxxx since Apr 2012 in India.
I was sent to Bangkok on a project to work with company yyyy for one year, from 2017 to 2018

My company xxxx is partner of company yyyy

When I was in Bangkok I got my salary in India continued with my Indian company xxxx and I also got salary from the partner company yyyy in Bangkok.

I never left my Indian company xxxx and hence never rejoined it, I just was relocated for 1 year

In my EE profile I nowhere mentioned company yyyy

My Indian company is ready to provide the letter that during that 1 year I was their employee and was sent to work with their partner company yyyy for one year

Do I still need anything from company yyyy (I doubt they will provide anything)

Can company xxxx not convince them to provide any proof?
Besides, you don't have a gap from start to now with company xxxx, so you can say in personal history that you were working for company yyyy for a year under company xxxx's orders.

Company xxxx is not in good terms with company yyyy now.

Company xxxx says they can mention whole story on their letter head that I have always been their employee since 2012 and xxxx sent me to work with yyyy because they were partners at that time.

Besides, if cic has any problem with this one year then still I am fulfilling the criteria of both, 3 year experience and primary job code, so should this one year cause any problem?

I was at 450 and moved to 461 last week as we recently got ECA evaluation for my wife changed to Masters and I increased 4 points through IELTS. My wife did 2 year MBA from India and then 10 months Masters program in UK. WES considered her India MBA as equivalent to 1 year diploma and her 10 months UK program equivalent to Masters.

1. Should I go for another agency to get her 2 year MBA program re-evaluated? Just wondering how the manual review of profile would be after we get ITA. Would her 10 months programs considered as Masters lead to any chances of PR denial?

2. My wife has given IELTS again and we are very positive to improve the score by 6 points, which would further increase our score to 467 but result would be out on 20th Sep. Should I not update the profile now and continue to be at 450 and wait till 2nd Oct draw is out so that we get the ITA at 467. I am asking this to know if more marks would make any difference in the acceptance chance of our PR application.

Could you please tell us more about the 10 month program ? Who many credits was it and what's the name of the master's degree etc. Feel free to send me a private message as I am curious about the same. Cheers

In that case, get three experience certificates from company xxxx. One from 2012 till date (with detailed reason of employment in yyyy), second from 2012 to joining yyyy, and third from after the date you rejoined xxxx after yyyy, that is, if xxxx does comply. Now if we remove that one year working for yyyy, you have a gap, otherwise working for xxxx, readily fulfilling 3 year quota for maximum foreign work experience points. You can explain the gap in LOE.
