Ray of Hope 109th draw

Please someone help me on this one. My wife is the primary applicant and I am the dependent. I may get an ita in the coming draw. My dad is gonna provide me the gift deed for the entire amount . So can secondary applicant proof of funds can be shown ?? If not then my second question is can father in law provide a gift deed to daughter in law directly and is this acceptable by CIC ? Please someone answer my two questions. Thanks in advance.

either way its fine, but i will recommend you to take the fund in Joint account and in deed make it in Joint beneficiary to make it simple.
 
It seems Ontario has started issuing NOIs under HCP general category..not sure if it is for specific NOCs..also not yet sure about the cut off..anyone received?

Last night's draw was french speakers targeted, score was not disclosed on the web

Thanks for ur reply. Do the joint account should be atleast 6 months old ?? So father in law can give gift deed to daughter in law ?. Another quick question can I get the money from my father and then provide a gift deed to my wife and by that way should I need to show any proof for my source as well or just my wife.

Somebody reported receiving OINP invite with CRS 439..not sure if that's the cut off though..his NOC was under ICT..

Do you know why your friend got the invite? French speaker? Has job offer? Or is he in-land applicant? When did he create his profile
 
Hi all, We got nomination from Ontario PNP So whether we should go for it or wait for score to come down further as our scores are 441.

In ideal situation people provide 6 month history of fund. if it is less than 6 month old than you need to provide LOE with the source of fund.
transfer to father to you then to your wife will not be an issue but try to make is simple to understand for approval officer. make it minimum transactions.
