Thank you and also have couple of queries 1) whether I will get 45 days to respond or I need to submit all docs within 45 days to Ontario 2) Ontario decision time is 90 days after receiving our docs so meanwhile if I get ITA through Express entry so whether iam eligible for that or it will get locked after submission of documents to Ontario? Your response will be highly appreciated.
 
I hope its okay but Im gonna ask it here because this is the most active thread.it seems like oinp has invited hcp non-job offer and i may be qualified for it.

my question is does OINP send all the invitations in a single/one day or can I expect an invitation (given if I am qualified) in a few days even when some people got it already hours ago?
 
My score is 442 right now. what are you guys' thoughts on the possibility of getting an ITA? I'm not sure if I should take the ielts again because I would only need to improve from 6.5 to 7 for writing my score would be through the roof 460+.

Even I received a notification of interest from Ontario with CRS of 440. I have the same question whether to wait for an ITA or apply to OINP.
Another question I had is I already have an approved work permit (Intra-Company Transfer) but there was a delay in the project start so I'm still waiting on the travel date. And the company said they will provide the job offer letter once the travel is confirmed. Will this job offer count towards the CRS as this is ICT and is not supported by LMIA?

Just a job offer will not do, It has to be supported by LMIA.

Job offer not supported by LMIA does not give any points.
 
Does anyone know how to decline NOI (OINP under HCP? I just received it. If I don’t respond to it will I still get an ITA in upcoming draws? Or my profile go invisible until I respond to the NOI?

Got OINP invite with 439 (NOC Editor), no job offer, no French, so must be under HCP, right? The NOI on the profile does not mention any stream.
 
I'm guessing this wave of NOI from OINP is that, Ontario is trying to poach some high-caliber candidates to Ontario instead of passively waiting for EE applicants (who will meet CRS draw results) to join ON instead of other provinces like BC.
Ontario is probably sending invitation by descending CRS score
