Please someone help me on this one. My wife is the primary applicant and I am the dependent. I may get an ita in the coming draw. My dad is gonna provide me the gift deed for the entire amount . So can secondary applicant proof of funds can be shown ?? If not then my second question is can father in law provide a gift deed to daughter in law directly and is this acceptable by CIC ? Please someone answer my two questions. Thanks in advance.

I am not a predictor but I believe:

23/01 Draw Cut off: 444
06/02 Draw Cut off: 441 or 442

I think 23/01 will be at 443, the reason is draw will happen on 13th day not on the 14th day.

It seems Ontario has started issuing NOIs under HCP general category..not sure if it is for specific NOCs..also not yet sure about the cut off..anyone received?

How long is that medicals valid? I think he may have to end up retaking medicals again since it is only valid for a year. By the time he gets his PPR and passport stamped, it will probably be expired

Valid till June 2019. Any way to reach IRCC other than the phone number?

My friend got a NOI from Ontario today. His points in express is 448. I told him he had 45 days to respond and as such i suggest he waits to see if he will be invited in the Next draw from IRCC. I think he will receive ITA in the next draw.

Do you know why your friend got the invite? French speaker? Has job offer? Or is he in-land applicant? When did he create his profile

In ideal situation people provide 6 month history of fund. if it is less than 6 month old than you need to provide LOE with the source of fund.
transfer to father to you then to your wife will not be an issue but try to make is simple to understand for approval officer. make it minimum transactions.
