Got OINP invite with 439 (NOC Editor), no job offer, no French, so must be under HCP, right? The NOI on the profile does not mention any stream.

Yes under HCP..

Hi guys, I am a bit confused. would you help me please?
I received the OINP today, no job offer, no French speaker, Noc Retail and wholesale trade manager, my score is 447.
I have couple of questions:
1. I read here that some people suggest not to respond to the PNP now and wait for the next draw of EE. I need to know what priority does EE have over the nomination from Ontorio? is it because then you need to only go to ontario? or is it because it takes time from Ontario to respond, and next draw will be a faster way?
2. if i respond to PNP, and upload the needed documents, can you please tell me what the process is afterwards?
I'm sorry, I did not expect the nomination, so I have no information about it.
3. thirdly, if I accept it, is it guaranteed that we will be selected in the next draw? and how long does it take?
Thanks,

In ideal situation people provide 6 month history of fund. if it is less than 6 month old than you need to provide LOE with the source of fund.
transfer to father to you then to your wife will not be an issue but try to make is simple to understand for approval officer. make it minimum transactions.
Thanks again. I read in some other post that only parents can provide gift deed. So can my father in law provide an gift deed to daughter in law acceptable by cic ?? If this is possible then I can directly move the funds from my dad account as gift deed to my wife who is the primary applicant and then provide loe. Kindly share your thought on this one.

1. Ontario PNP is a two-step process, after submitting your application to them and getting nomination within 3 months, then only you'll get ITA and go through the regular EE process. Plus it takes an additional CAD 1500.
2. Go through the detailed process in this document:
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/prodconsum/groups/csc/@oipp/documents/document/oi_en_hcps.pdf
3. If you accept it and submit your application to OINP, then you have to wait up to 90 days to get the nomination and 600 points. Only after that, you'll get ITA in the draw after that.

Bottom line: with 447, you should get ITA in next draw itself, so wait till then.

Hi All!

I got OINP NOI at 441. I am going to wait and see if the score comes down in the coming draws. I have a couple of questions?

1. Is my express entry profile locked or will it be included in the coming draws?

2. My score will drop to 436 on 10th February 2019. Do I have to accept NOI before my score decreases?

I got the NOI also .Do we have to reject if we are not interested or just leave it that way?
Reject it if you don't need it.
