Try to find the same job and position and update this info. Buy still the ainp will try to contact first the old employer, since they gave you the ainp offer letter. You just try and see your luck. But remember as soon as you update that you were laid off to ainp, there is most chance of closing your file.mnhasan621 said:Hello guys,
I applied for AINP in December 17, 2014 and got file number on January 13, 2015. After waiting 14 months, unfortunately I got laid off from my work yesterday. Now I’m in big trouble not sure what to do and my work permits will be expired on October 28, 2016. Please suggest me what would I do? Should I let AINP know that I lost my job or I should get another job and update my profile with new employer?
Your kind advised would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Second option would be, if you are a skilled worker, you can just get letter of 1 year experience from your old employer and try to find a lmia and apply for express entry.
There should be some other options too...keeping looking bud, don't lose hope.
All the best!!!
