Anyone knows any reliable and good recommendation for immigration lawyer in Calgary?

then I think I just have one point to suggest... let international graduates dont have to stick with same employer after receiving nomination... so just same as the post graduates in alberta... I know people say we are employer driven category.. but I believe this is what we want most...

BC'S quota this year remains 5500...

Talked with my lawyer and she said what she know is they still have 5500 quota this year but however AB will ask more allocation for the foreign nationals who has created the EE profiles....

seems like only way to track EDS processing is we update when we receive anything here. the website is not informative anymore since they start receiving new applications

read a news that BC would like 9000 quota this year.... how about here... CIC still doesnt decide this year immigration number..

so ridiculous they still have 2013 applicant uncleared, such a shame... that is way more than enough to explain this immigration system

I think they havent finish the EDS Feb 2014 or already start the March applicant already?

that is probably the reason they reopen this before clearing more backlog.. but we still dont know this year quota bumber...only around half of us will be nominated, so they still have around 2000 quota to give out to the rookie applicants...

they basically assess half of the people to get certificate and the other half out.... wondering how could half of the people are not qualified...

the positive thing I could see from them now is they already issued 100 for this year which is faster than last January. if I am not wrong they only issued around 400 nomination for last Jan. I dont expect them to keep the same pace like the first four days of 2016, but that probably indicate...

I deadly hope you are right... but after experienced 2 christmas with those ainp guys... what I learnt is dont even hope for the best but prepared for the worst...LOL

they somehow has a new 1000 quota to their pnp this year... I dont know how that works out but Ainp has no option to sort out something like that?? just wondering.....

dont think they will be very strict on the 30hrs or 40 hrs at least you are full time as they describe on the website. I am not sure but I think the only source they know about your hours is either from calling your employer/human resource person to verify or request your pay stubs as there...

full time is at least 30hrs, they said if anything change on your job you will have to inform them.. if you could find a full time job soon with the same noc, do it. if you don't have other options, you can just leave your application as is and see if you are lucky or not if they ever not verify...

I think Ainp starts to giving out the nomination rapidly.... as July 14 only 2300 nomination are issued and now around 3200 nomination for the rest of the year...
