You should wait for your wife's PGWP first. as soon as she get it you can apply for extension.

Hi there,

We are very desperate to know my AINP application status, which was applied under EDS on Feb 11, 2016.

1. Is there a way to check the status?
2. Anyone here with NOC 0125
3. Temp. Work Permit expires in July 2017, any complications.
4. Applied for LMIA but rejected due to layoff recently in our company.
5. Any other ways to get your PR done.

Any information or help will be appreciated.

Hi guys, Is anyone having a representative/lawyer named "Ashok Shareen" in North East for ur AINP Application?
I had really bad experience with this guy, please don't go to this lawyer , its better to apply by self. I made a mistake by assigning him as I was new in Alberta at that time. He didn't send my complete documents, he was so careless .... and I came to know about this all after 2 years when AINP contacted me and asked about my documents... So please specially newcomers who r going to apply...please don't go to this lawyer.
:( :(

I did through Raj Sharma, are they any good ?

U can try Express Entry for quick PR. See if you have enough CRS points.

I believe you applied in Skilled Worker category under EDS. If that's the case then you have long way to go. Don't expect anything for atleast a few months.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, i have got am getting only 350 points (without LMIA) in EE.

Yes applied in Skilled Worker Category, as the Lawyer suggested to do so.

Yes applied in Skilled Worker Category, as the Lawyer suggested to do so.

So getting PR via EE is impossible at that score.

Also, as you applied in Skilled Worker Category and your Work Permit is valid till 2017, don't expect any decision anytime soons. They are currently processing June 2014 applications.

Try to look for LMIA.

I totally agree with you for EE, and that is concern and worry too.

Regards to AINP, the way you are describing is also concern, what would happen if my work permit expires (as they are in June 2014 applications), my God, little frustrated but its a process.

With current company it is impossible to get LMIA, is there any other alternatives or any other provinces with some ease regulations?

AINP would not consider you if your work permit expires. There are few categories in which they still consider but I don't have any knowledge on that.

Regarding other provinces, I would have to say that u would have to do your own research. Try SINP as there program is very flexible.

Hi there,

My PGWP expires in Aug 2016 and I see many people are in the same boat. I have a few questions below:

- if I get AINP in Aug, how can I extend visa? As all know, PGWP is not extensible and briging open work permit(BOWP) requires a file number from federal government.
- Before getting AINP and PGWP is about to expire, is it possible if I apply for visitor visa to stay in Canada and get AINP?

Sadly, LMIA is not the option I can take..

Applied: Feb 23, 2015
File Number: Mar 11, 2015
NOC: 2175

AINP235,

please keep in mind that the processing time for nomination under AINP is a least ONE month so just because few applicants got their applications approved within a week or two doesn't mean everyone's application will be.
also most of those application that were approved in a week or two frame time are sent during august and september,we are now in november and AINP has way more applications then before, specially due to few NOCS been ineligible for cec anymore, some people are now using this opportunity.
also remember that the alberta work experience stream is an expression of interest program so not processed under the (first in first out)method.
i hope everyone waiting will get their nomination soon.

good luck :)
I applied ANIP Oct 2014 Skilled worker catory Employer Driven Stream but still now I am not getting any information from ANIP. At the meantime my work permit expired May 2016 but I applied work permit extended Old LMO with new job offer, can I get extension my work permit. Thanks.

The AINP is authorized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to issue a maximum of 5,500 nomination certificates for the 2016 calendar year.

:D Guys... Seems like AINP might accelerate their turtle marathon as 5,500 nomination certificates have been issued for 2016 by Federal Govt. to the AINP. We can hope that '800 Nominations' turns into 1200+ on 18th April when they update their page next. A visible ray of hope now ;D

I have a question guys !!
if you are working on $ 15.00 per hour .. is that fine or do we need more income . moreover , If you get bonus for yearly service is that beneficial or not ????

I m really happy if someone with guide me .
