I got a question guys, please, I need your valuable suggestions here.

I applied for AINP in 2014 Oct, under employer driven stream, international graduate category as 6211 (NOC B), my application is still in process and my visa is expiring July First week, 2016. with the speed AINP processing application, I'm totally not confident enough of making PNP nomination before my work permit visa expiration.
As you know, the CIC renews work visa only if we have PNP nomination or LMO or LMIA, right and also, candidate has to renew his work permit at least 90 days before expiring.
I'm confused and frustrated of waiting for AINP. I'm thinking of finding LMO and apply through Express entry and leave the AINP or withdraw AINP.

I know this is a extremely stupid and incredibly dum idea. What you guys think.

So, if you are currently working and you got a job position under NOC B, so I have got a question for you. Why you do not want to apply under Express Entry? My friend is a farm supervisor (Noc B), has applied his application to AINP. He did not want to wait for a decision from AINP and applied to Express Entry in 1 year of employment. In one week he got an invitation. He used his LMIA. So, why you do not want to use your LMIA?It is still valid. You can use it!!!

Please give me some piece of valuable advise.

Thank you.

Hi Guys,

I am working in a Food industry as a Food service supervisor NOC 6311. I am worried about my wages. My pay is 13.25$ per hour but as per the wage standard in ALIS website it shows the median around $14.20. Does that much matter? Does it get rejected due to my a bit lower wage than the median??

http://occinfo.alis.alberta.ca/occinfopreview/info/browse-wages/wage-profile.html?id=6212

please suggest me Cry Cry

Thanks,

Thats not a big concern brother... $13.25 is fine too... I have friends who have got pnp nomination as supervisors for $13 and $13.39
If your are still concerned you can request your employer to hike your pay

Bro, If my company is willing to help me by offering LMIA or LMO, I can apply and go through express entry, but the problem is since Im a retail sales supervisor, i wont get positive LMIA and my company is willing to help me in this regard. since its hard to find employees as farm supervisor, it would be given preference and positive LMIA.

Thank you bro for your reply... :)

need some advise/inside knowledge from you guys....

I applied on June 2014 under International Grad. category, NOC C Night auditor( I know I'm worthless!!!) and I've not heard anything form them so far. Did anybody got nominated who applied around that time period? For me , I don't have the option to go for EE and to make matter worse, my work permit will expire on May 15, 2015. I've read somewhere in the thread that right now they are giving away AINP nomination based on expiration date of work permit i.e if you apply on 2013/2014 time period and your work permit is about to expire, you might get nominated!! Is ti true ??

I don't see AINP giving pnp nomination to candidates who are about to expire.
Ainp is giving nomination based upon labour market information, application volume and date of file applied.
I have been following this thread, I saw people who applied in may 2014 have received calls from ainp, so I assume ainp is looking at may 2014 applications. Hopefully you will get a call soon this month. There is a thin hope.... you better keep all your pay stuffs and other documents ready to submit as soon as they call you....
Fingers crossed...
Do you have any other alternative options to renew your visa? I know we need lmo or pnp nomination to extend work permit..

A question that may be asked by many recent graduates, what NOC job to choose, which one has less processing time and more likely to be picked up by AINP officers.

I know in 2014, an internal list of the highest needed NOCs was leaked and confirmed later by AINP. Before getting stuck in any job , it would be very useful which jobs are most likely to have the priority.

Your insight is highly appreciated.
