Hansdza, i know its really frustrating...we don't have any other option, we can only wait!!!!

I would say this is the whole scam created by Alberta govt to get the higher taxes from temporary workers and when their work permit near to expiration just kick them out by saying "you should have valid work permit to be eligible for nomination".

Hello,

I am following this thread from almost more than two year.

I need your suggestion please

I applied for AINP under EDS-Internationl Graduate in April 2014

NOC: 1221

File Number Received: August 2014

I got a verfication call on January 27 2016 asking i am still working there or not and my daily job duties.

Same day me and my employer got e-mail for Additional document request: pay stubs, T4 for 2014
From my employer she asked: organisational chart of the company and WCB Clearance letter. My employer replied next day to her email.

So what ever she requested we sent in two days but after that did not get anything its almost two weeks now....I am little worried because i saw some post on forum that people usually get reply in a week after sending documents.

Can someone advise me should i be worried or not?
Nothing to worry buddy, its just depend on the candidate who is dealing with your application. sometimes they take 3 weeks or weeks, even one on my friend got a call from AINP in Dec 4th 2015 and he has provided all the necessary documents in two days and he got his nomination in 4 weeks, that is on jan 5th 2015. Calm down and congrats in advance... bro

I got a question guys, please, I need your valuable suggestions here.

I applied for AINP in 2014 Oct, under employer driven stream, international graduate category as 6211 (NOC B), my application is still in process and my visa is expiring July First week, 2016. with the speed AINP processing application, I'm totally not confident enough of making PNP nomination before my work permit visa expiration.
As you know, the CIC renews work visa only if we have PNP nomination or LMO or LMIA, right and also, candidate has to renew his work permit at least 90 days before expiring.
I'm confused and frustrated of waiting for AINP. I'm thinking of finding LMO and apply through Express entry and leave the AINP or withdraw AINP.

I know this is a extremely stupid and incredibly dum idea. What you guys think.

Please give me some piece of valuable advise.

Thank you.

What you want to withdraw Ainp, you can still try all other options while you are keeping your application with Ainp. I see that you have one year skilled experience job, try Express entry.

Dear forum members,

The purpose of this post is to keep track of Ainp processing time. I think having Excel sheet with all applications including category , NOC and work permit expiry date can help us get a good idea about the trend of processing time and then take an informative decision whether we want to keep waiting for Ainp or try our other options before work permit expires. Please if you agree , comment as we can proceed with this suggestion.

I did try for express entry, with all the education qualification and skilled work experience and language test, I Only have 406. I tried to improve score by giving Celpip exam twice, but no luck. So I dont see much options here, bro

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
HI
One of my friend applied under NOC 2241 (SRS Engineering Category)but AINP declined his nomination saying that they assessed his application under NOC 2242, which is confusing. He emailed that AINP officer saying that he actually applied under NOC 2241 but not NOC 2242. He never heard back from AINP.

Can he send new application to the AINP again with new job titles and new duties and responsibilities under same employer? His employer is pretty supportive and offered him new position title and duties and responsibilities accordingly.

Answer will be highly appreciated.

Have you tried Onario OONP, they pick candidates with +400 ?, I guess what you need is select Ontario is your destination ! I don't know though how you can prove connection to Ontario while working in Alberta

I think the main issue was the duties that mentioned in the letter of experience . It need to be matching with NOC 2241 because NOC 2242 is not eligible for engineering category. If he is not totally sure about the job description , I would suggest to apply under Alberta post graduate or EDS as the support of the employer is guaranteed. Instead of a new application, try to just ask the officer if the application can be converted to another category.

I hope this is help
