I friend of mine was on implied status since FEb 2015 in Alberta. His application for work permit extension was rejected and he passed restoration 90 days because his immigration consultant did not inform him of the rejection. He is still working being overstayed.

In the meantime he got approved LMO. will he be able to get work permit?
it is a painful situation and complicated story

two of my friends in SRS-engg got nomination recently(last week)
one is 2253, Dec 2014 application,
one is electric engg( not sure noc), DEC 2014 or JAN 2015 application..

as per my analysis getting nomination from EDS (food supervisors, retail supervisor, retail sales persons & food counter attendants) almost all impossible.
