R u waiting for AINP nomination

yep - I'm in 15 months already. When my friend called AINP they said those time lines are at least 12-14 so it means it can br..... So it is going to be more than that. I totally lost my hope on AINP. When I applied processing time was 4 months I had a lot of time before my WP would expire, But now they make all this technical difficulties with LMIA as well so I don't know what is going on.

WTF ?! From 4 months to 15 months? and still no results?

That means you had LMIA supported Work permit. You could have invitation through EE back in January. but the draw happened at the end of the month. what a mismatch. Extremely painful situation

I can't go to EE since my NOC is semi-skilled category. My only option is AINP EDS. My employer is trying to do everything to keep me but somehow everything is going wrong all is going against me lol

yep tht is the case..processing time was like 5-6 months around jan-feb time in 2014 and now after 15 months whole lots of ppl still waiting without any hope in sight..so now u know why ppl are so frustrated...
sadly after waiting for more than a year their WP run out like tht guy. i feel so sorry for him.

Its seems that nobody got nominated this month.
Wondering what ainp is doing? No updates from ainp. Last Friday I was expecting updates from ainp. :-X

Talked to an immigration lawyer the other day he said he hasn't received any nominations this year so far

did u see another case person almost done PR through EE and he still wants nomination. gosh how can u so selfish..he may never u use it. i hope he will lot better when someone wont get nomination b/c of limited quota and have to leave b/c someone used nomination for nothing... total waste of limited quota..

I don't know what to say about this....thesedays it is too crazy with PR that is why people want to secure more chances it is like buying more lottery tickets. I believe if AINP would impose some new rules that whoever gets AOR from EE should cancel their AINP application - would have been a different story. To me the immigration system is like a chaos right now...nobody knows anything we all grab whatever we can There is only one thing I don't get...why do people apply for EE and then not being ready when they get ITA and then keep on declining it.. :-X

Yes, there are many who landed at this land of opportunities for greener pasture but now find themselves trapped in a vicious circle nd are in utter confusion.Immigrant consultants have made the things worse for them by fleecing the hard earned money of the gullible ones nd keep giving them promises which seem ,at times, nothing short of optical illusion.

Unfortunately, I also find myself one of them.Nevertheless, I still wish nd pray for all !! Hope, sanity would ultimately prevail nd ordeal of all ends,before long.

Bingoooooooo My LMIA got approved today this was 3 LMIA in row my company was applying one after other last 6 months first two got declined and this is finally approved .... OMG will apply for restoration. Totally lost my hope. Thanks to my company for kept applying. Next good news hopefully is going to be AINP.

Its funny though how the result depends on who got to work on your application.

Congrats, however, don't waste your time and money waiting for AINP. you can apply directly for EE and with Lmia, you will get ita in a next draw and then PR within 9 months.
