I applied for ainp in Feb and I received my file number about 3 weeks later..
Still waiting for the nomination.
On the website, it says that it should take at least 25 months...

Feb.of what year?i think were on the same category...

Important!!!
I called ainp and asked the status of my application. They said my application is submitted under the SRS post graduate category. I told them that is incorrect. I submitted my application under the SRS engineering category. I also sent a letter requesting to correct that.

I suggest people to check their application category with ainp and make sure it is listed under the right category.

Mine is expiring in July. Might need a wp extension.

Less than four months and 1400 nominations are distributed. it means less than 450 per month. Similarly they may have distributed 1000 bridging work permit for April 1/2015 expiring work permits. The math is they have crunched 2400 applicants till date. Some of the AINP applicant will get EE invitations in the course of time. I think it is positive.
