It seems AINP is dead. A complete disaster for life to the applicants.

Hi. Just would like to ask how long should it take before one can receive File Number from AINP? Applied December 2014. Or there is a need to email and ask them about it or just wait for the email? Thanks!

Ditto. @ paulgovas, yes yes, it seems to be a complete disaster. We cannot just wait and sit and do nothing. Time is running out. I hope they will come up with something beneficial for everybody.

I just called an agent, and she said that the program is under review, which means it's being audited...I guess more delays guys

Ainp keep on reviewing and changing rules, but for whose benefit? a lot of tfw are running out of time to stay here, waited months or even years and up to now still waiting to the ainp's 'lifesaver' certificate. I believe that they keep on changing rules to really delay the process so the tfw will go back home without a choice.

AINP please be fair.

what do you think for "under review" , do you think there will be changes coming or just delays ?

Well from my understanding, review means audit.
Is Ottawa ( federal govt) is auditing it? It is a thin chance. I think they are trying to find lollipops for new graduates to come here from other provinces so that they could smoke their PGWP in the course of time. they are looking for free workers without any help/ cooperation from their side.

Well lets hope its not being audited by the feds.
That update from last week might have come out too soon.

My one client got a document request (pay stubs,t4) on 7march.He is on lmo as a truck driver and applied Ainp in August 2014 and his processing time is 12 to 14 months. His wp is expiring 20march,2015.
