So I called the AINP office asked them if PGWP holders were eligible under their new rules, they let me know that its just the TFW whose work permits are expiring this April 2015.

Did they mention if they will process the applications for people whose PGWP are expiring soon faster? I think the email or presentation had something like that on there for TFW.

No he just said its for the TFW whose 4 year work permit is expiring in April 2015.
This is the phone number I called at - (1)780 427 6419, you could call and check with them.

Just called up ainp. So the New Rule Only Applies To those Reaching 4 Year Cap even If Ur Work Permits Expire Within Feb- december 2015, no Hope.

The letter didn't say anything about 4 year cap. I think they just made the requirement up.

I am curious to know when, or should I say if, they will update the website.

I have a very bad feeling that the leak may have affected the rolling out of the program. :-\

Guys don't be so naïve..It wasn't the lnfo leak. This is just the way they work. They don't think we deserve to get updates

If you follow Edmonton Journal, it says in the article that "The department did not make a public announcement because it wants to deal directly with TFW's who will qualify".

I wish they included everyone whose work permit is expiring this year.
