would this be a good idea to apply for LMIA for immigration purpose only without paying $1000 then. they are saying it will take only ten days for this kind of LMIA . Please guys suggest me because LMIA is only my hope. AINP screwed everything.

Did you try calling ESDC? I don't really know the process..

Yes, from what I have heard that it is not easy to get positive LMIA if you are in big city such as Edmonton and Calgary ....
I think the LMIA you were talking about is the one regards to EE ... I think maybe you shall try to contact HRSDC and ask them about it. But in my opinion that HRSDC will still need the employer to prove that they tried to hire Canadians first and need to able to provide a lot of evidences to prove that why they can't find Canadian to fill that job then HRSDC might consider to issue a positive LMIA. So I really don't think it will only take 10 days to issue that kind of LMIA, even it is free of charge.

I had changed my company and my NOC but they dint change on my nomination certificate,

Next step is BOWP as my work permit is expiring on March 13,

Can somebody direct me to a thread for BOWP using AINP nomination as I won't be able to wait until I get AOR from CIC.

NOC 2234 on nomination but it was changed 0711.

I am not gonna worry about that. I will stick with what i got

Mine stars with 288 so between us at lease 3600 files..and I haven't got it yet
