Hey! I need help guys! I applied in June 2014 however now my employer might loose the store 'm currently working and is going to take over another store. I got lmo a week before and it specifically says I can work only in the store I'm working at present. Does this affect my Ainp application

I think if your employer lose the store currently he has. It will affect your application. I am not sure you are in post graduate or international graduate. But if in international graduate. You will definitely be affected. How about directly apply for Express Entry if you have one year experience. Because you can get 600 points based on LMIA or LMO.

Hello everyone!

I suggest you all who is still waiting fore ainp certificate for too long, just gather together and write a one letter stating all your names and situation with wp expiration to Jim Prentice.
This is what I did in October when I lost a hope to get ainp before my wp will expire.

Even though I got it in November, Jim Prentice still replied to me today and checked that I already got my nomination. I guess if I were still awaiting my certificate, he could influence maybe on the process.

Can I have his mailing address or email maybe

Hello friends! I review all comments. I think ainp is working according to labour marketing demand because one of my friends got his nomination within two month .he is in farm category. I submitted my file in December 2013. File no. April 2014 and still waiting.

Farmer category was always given priority...."Self-Employer Farmer Stream

As the AINP works closely with Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development to assess the eligibility of applicants under the Self-Employed Farmer Stream, AINP processing times are not applicable.

One of my friends, he's an engineer and applied the AINP on Dec, 2014. Only 10 DAYS got his nomination letter. 10 days only!!!!
