Hello can someone please clarify, I am very confused. When is it you can apply for bowp?,is it when you receive you AOR ( acknowledgment of reciept) (which comes quite quickly right?) when you receive aor are you safe; can apply for bowp and not need another lmia?

Yes, you can apply for BOWP when you get an AOR, but the AOR needed for the BOWP is from CIC. This is after you have received your nomination and applied for your PR. You cannot use your AOR from AINP to get a work permit.

AOR from CIC, not the AINP AOR.
Once you apply for PNP PR , it takes nearly 3 months to get your AOR number, this is based on my lawyer and seen in few cases of my friends.

totally not truth, my wife applied with Ainp certificate and she gated OPEN WORK PERMIT after 2weeks, i applied and i got after 3weeks only with AINP certificate!
after that we submit ours paper for PR to CIC still waiting for file number

That's great..same NOC here...AOR on April but I switched my employer for a better job..send new updates to AINP...Job is within the same field but more responsibility..NOC 0711...don't know if they gonna keep my application active
