That would be closed work permit so same employer. Just job offer from employer will do.

I don't know anybody from October but my co worker applied on Nov. 10, got her nomination end of December under AWE

My boss nominated 10 employees, 7 skilled, 2 international graduates and 1 semi-skilled and until now nobody got nomination. I have 2 co-workers who applied under AWE early November and both of them got their nomination end of December.

All of us are so stressed because expiry of work permits will be june- sept. One went home already because her work permit expired first week of May and her visitor's visa application was denied.
