there is no such thing like "apply for implied status". If your wp is about to expire and you apply for an extension, while you are waiting for approval (or refusal) if your wp expires before you have that answer then you are on implied status and you can continue to work with the same conditions of your old wp until you have a decision from CICconfused_lady said:

Send my documents under AINP employer driven stream last February 22 got AOR on February 26 and file number last aApril 8 still waiting for nomination...I know it has to be 6 mos. wait , but having faith will make a difference , right....
Praying for all of us,that they will give all applicant nomination by this month...
