Hi... You will receive your file number within the time frame of maximum 3 months..... most probably its around one and half month..
hope you will get it soon

Feel bad for all the people who have been waiting so long for AINP. I really don't know why Canadian government is being racial when it comes to giving PR to students.

I moved from ontario completing one year course thinking I will get my ainp in 6 months but the day I landed the rules got changed! lol to 25 months. Contacted one immigration consultant' he advised me to go for one more year studies. I finally completed that , eventually got my 3 years and now applied for ainp under srs post grad stream noc b . Quite a story but still a story.

Well all the best guys! I really wish everyone gets approve real quick! and don't be depress guys "this is not the end of life"

Hello Friends,
I applied in EDS International Graduate category as Front desk agent on 25th Oct 2014. Recieved on 27th Oct File no on 19th Nov. WP expiring in Feb 2017. As per AINP's Superfast speed i can expect to get my rejection by June-July 2017 coz WP would expire in Feb.

Luckily i am now eligible for another category 'Hotel and Lodging'. I filed another AINP under that category on 29 April 2016. They did not send me any email saying that my file was received but since i Sent it via post i could see that it was received on May 2nd.
I missed AINP's call today at 9.35 am, I called them right back but the lady who picked up the phone had no idea who called me or is there anybody who is working on my file or not.
Point to be noted-I did/have not pulled out my International Graduate file yet because you never know what stupid reason provided by AINP could reject your file. I have provided all the documents and papers needed for 'H N L' category. I was hoping i would get nomination under 'Hotel and Lodging' and then I would pull the file under Int. Grd.
I am wondering if they did call to verify my documents or to verify if have 2 files in AINP. If they ask this question what do i need to say. I don't want to pull previous file and then get rejected for 'H N L' as well for some reason.
Somebody please help what to do now.

Front Desk Clerk is the only occupation out of the 3(Food and Beverage server, Housekeeping,Front Desk Agent) under Hotel and lodging which is LMIA exumpt. Open work permit will work. Only 1 candidate per hotel per calendar year can file under that category. I showed 3 yrs experience, 2 yrs as food server from back home and 1 yr front desk from alberta. I called AINP again today and as i was expecting i had to withdraw 1 of those 2 files. So i decided to withdraw Int. Grd.one coz i garantee my WP will be expired (Feb 217)by the time they touch my file. I know i will get either nomination in next 2 weeks under H n L category or i'm prepared to move to Sask.

Thanks so much for sharing the information!! Front Desk Clerk wasnt exempt when I applied in Nov 2014 so I had to file my application under International category! Your info is really valuable! Could you please keep me posted when you receive your nomination. I will reach my 3 year experience this Sept so I probably will switch to H & L at that time.

Have anyone heard about any changes to the express entry point system that our dearest immigration minister was talking about? having reduced the number of invitation to half the number of what they used to, it is highly unlikely that they will come down to the score of 450. Any positive thoughts on these issues regarding international students?

I remember AINP was not eligible for EE bonus 600 points, is it now?
