I heard that If i will call ainp, they will increase the processing time for my file; no doubt its already been months, I am kind of afraid to call just because of this fear. any suggestions.

Hey buddy ! Come on if they increase processing time after a call than nobody wait here from last two years. If your work permit expiring soon you can call and tell them about your status at that point they might do something for you , otherwise Just wait and hope for best .

If you can get number of AINP officer and they want to talk to you and answer you question, just go for it, but if you just call the number that on AINP website with front desk speaking.. sure, whatever .. nobody can stop you , I guess .. if that can make you feel better

I think they tell you if an update is made on your file based on your file number as i called them yesterday.

No they will not answer it.. only standard answer "Your file is in process" that's all they can tell.. They can't even tell you if your nomination certificate is being sent or not. (assuming your application is approved)

Can I extend my post-graduation work permit using my "RECEIPT OF ALBERTA IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM (AINP) APPLICATION" in order to keep working if it expires before I get the nomination.

I received the Candidate File Number on April 18 2015,

NOC 6525

My PGWP expires in May 2017,

If it can't be extended cause AINP takes its time...does it mean that candidate has to return to Motherland?

you can not extend your pgwp without nomination. If ur pgwp expires before you get nomination, then you need to return to motherland

Don't worry you still have lots of time. Just in case if you don't receive nomination by then just apply wp before it expires

I would say, prepare an alternative in case you don't receive nomination from AINP by the time your PG work permit expires. You still have more than 1 year from now. There should be enough time to prepare Express entry and/or OOPNP..

Ainp applied in march 2015 under pgwp srs stream.
I hv changed my employer 4 months ago and notified ainp about that. But now ainp has tequested all pay stubs from feb2015 to December 2015. Is anything to worry ?

has issued more than 200 nominations so far in 2016

it's really fine. Requesting your pay stubs means you will get the nomination confirmation next week =)
