My friends (Engineers as well) applied under Post Graduate before I did but they have not received anything yet. So I guess they are prioritizing some NOC codes depending on the provincial requirement. Call center representatives do not have such detailed information regarding decision making and can only provide general information.

They obviously want hotel workers and engineers specically to meet their labour market needs. Sometimes I think I should have gone back in the hotel industry and been a house man or a cleaner or a bell boy or something back in July when I applied under the SRS Post Grad Program but I got a job as an AA so I thought that would be better.

Hello Everyone 1 quick question i am filling my bowp online application in my supporting documents they ask me proof of medical exam, i should include a medical form which send by cic which has my name and application number or anything else. any reply would be appreciated.

Honestly man..at the end of day, u got a job you wanted. PR isn't everything..i am done waiting..but if i go back to my country or somewhere in middle east I can get job with the current experience..

i aaplied for my ainp in feb 10. i got file no on 28 march.bt my work permit has been expired on 31 july 2014. i didn't get lmia till now. anybody help me to get LMIA that i save my ainp coz they sad it is still in process. thx

I have seen somewhere on this forum that BC PNP is allocated 5,500 nominations for 2015.. Any news about Alberta's quota?

A copy of the proof of medical is what you need . (The one you mentioned )

If you are IN Canada, you are out of status, you need to leave as you are not longer elegibe to restore your status . A new LMIA won't change the fact that you are illegaly in Canada . Your wp can be refused . You won't get AINP either due to your overstay.
