R u waiting for AINP nomination

Can someone help us find LMIA.. Badly needed it.. I applied AINP EDS-SKilled worker last feb 28.. File number was april 11.. And work permit is expiring on FEb 2015..no news regarding my cert of nomination.. Losing hope .. I was thinking my wife can stay here if she finds an LMIA coz she's not under the 4 year cap then our baby and me will just go home if my wp expire.

If your wife get extension you can stay here as visitor.

Hey guys knowledge or thoughts on how they are going to process applications starting next year...this recent way processing random applications worries me a lot since i dont think mine NOC and many like mine will be processed any soon or any at all. only hope i had before its been almost a year we had applied so we might be on 1st in line to be processed but no anymore i guess. basically AINP just giving us false hope and running out our time.that is what is happening with many friends of mine.

I am actually tempted to call and ask them about how does the process works coz as I observe they are randomly selecting applicants. But am afraid if I do so it might affect my application. The process of waiting without any clue of what is going to happen next is unbearable especially when your about to reach the 4 yr cap already and you cant even renew your Work permit

It will not affect your application whatsoever if you call and ask those kind of questions. I personally called them twice with that question and the lady told me it was just an exception that someone got the nomination in one month lol obviously she lied lol

They need white collar people too. They accept accountants or insurance agents under FSW.. It's just a matter of quota..Don't forget that they gave a bunch of nominations to cleaners and hotel agents...I don't mean to offend anyone but what kind of special education those occupations require...t's messed up and totally unfair.
