Probably I am wrong but I am getting 3 weeks paid vacation...that's how I read....correct me if I am wrongYogesh85 said:First of all $40K is equal to $19.24 an hour and $55K =$26.44 an hour...( 2080 hours per year) .Not sure about the new process of LMIA, or you can ask about close work permit to that new employer if they can apply for you.
Any news for you Mannual?, did you call them? I think they are working on Nov.27th. How is your situation. My husband is the main applicant and his work permit will expire on Dec.14th. We don't have any chances to get LMIA by our current employer. So we are crossing fingers and keep our faith. Good luck to you Mannual, and please keep posting if you know anything.mannual said:chanchis I am also Nov 27th. not hearing anything. let us know their feedback. Good luck

Been following this topic for a long time now, without ever posting. I finally got some good news today so I thought I would share my timeline:
Ainp applied under skilled worker employer driven stream NOC 1223
Application received: December 4th 2013
File no: Mar 11, 2014
Request doc: Oct 6, 2014
Nomination: Oct 14, 2014
This is far under the timeline of 13-15 months they are giving now, so maybe there is hope for a faster timeline for all of you.
For those still waiting, I will be thinking of you and wish you all patience and strength in this endeavor.
Good luck!

I heard now instead of dependent name, ainp just puts the number of dependents on the nomination. I just read it somewhr in their website.
Better check with them once.
Cheers
