Different agents different info mate I received evy directives from nv cio but ppr was sent by cpp ottawa Agent told me only ottawa has the authority to send ppr. I am blessed that my wait is finally over as I received my ppr yesterday Cheers

It seems most of people who got dm last week and this week have not received ppr yet. cic is working weird again lol Btw you can call and ask them what decision has been made. I called cic agent and she told me that my application has been approved but sometime ppr gets little delayed. Cheers

Mate you can apply anytime before you have just 4 months left on your work permit. In your case you can apply anytime September onwards
