Got my file number on 19th Nov,
.............................................No updates till then.

i just checked the ainp site and it says processing time is now 6 months for almost all category including this one.

holy jesus. few of my friends got nomination within a WEEK.
BAD LUCK NEVER COMES ALONE.

8) I figured that a few days back....My friends got it pretty fast too and I will be stuck for a few months now.
Anyways I applied in the same category...let me know when you get the nomination.

i just noticed all those under AWE who have the same timeline as mine (application received nov. 12) got their nomination a week after receiving the file number. (received mine Dec.6)

anyone waiting for AINP nomination under the employer-driven semi-skilled category?? still keeping fingers crossed to have it as christmas present and not after 6 months.

It seems that applications under AWE is having faster processing time. My intial thought was SRS must have priority because it covers engineering stream. Very disappointing.

I thought the same...coz some of my friends got the nomination in 2 weeks...but right now...the processing time has increased...so it will take time.
AWE is more like their priority stream - applicants in this category will likely get the nomination soon.

unbelievable, we share the same timeline and same category. Still waiting for the nomination. My friends submited the application just one week in advance of me and got their nomination in two weeks. Why always me go with the bad luck.

yeah within a week the processing time has gone up drastically. Since most of AINP staffs is on vacation from dec. to Jan. I believe they huge bulk of application to be processed after 28 NOv deadline. Lets hope for the best they improve their tally after 2nd Jan and start sending nomination to all candidates

I do not think so. I found several guys in thi forum got their file NO or nominnation in Dec. R U sure they r on vacation now?
