Questions regarding CEC Application forms filling!!!!

for university, what if a four year course i took it let say 6 years because im not a fulltime student...i worked..how many years i should answer, is it 4 or 6?

Hi,

I will be applying to CEC in May and had a couple of questions:

1. I will complete 1 year of work experience at the end of this April so can I apply right away (May 1st) or is it preferable to leave gap? Are vacation days counted?
2. I came to Canada as a student in 2007 and am now working on a post graduation work permit. In generic application 'current country of residence section', I am writing my status as worker, From: 2007(should this be when I came or when I got pgwp?) and To: when my work permit expires(is this right?)
3. Although not mentioned anywhere, are we required to send photocopies of visa page and other pages of stamps in Passport as proof of what we write in application?
4. Also yesterday, when talking to a friend I noticed that although we both are on pgwp but he has W-1(worker) visa in his passport while I have V-1(meant for visitor expiring on date on my work permit expiry). Never had problem going and entering back to Canada with this but just wondering if there will be any issue in regards to status?
5. My job is that of a marketing analyst; its an analytical role mainly analyzing data on customers, running KPI reports and market share assessments for marketing dept. I am planning to apply under code 4163 as it has my title and some job duties but noticed that as a whole this code comes under “4. Occupations in education, law and social, community and govt services” which seems like its more for govt jobs so can this code be applied to corporations? Other option is code 1122(professional occupations in business management consulting) but this seems more for management consultants.
6. I was in the coop program when I was studying so should I also list all my coop work experiences during university in my personal history?

1 - I would recommend you wait for atleast couple of weeks to apply bcoz it does make a difference . Paid vacation is counted but I would suggest you make sure tHat you meet eligible weeks required before you apply . Better to be safe than sorry

Thanks Capricorn2012 for the help..yes I also want to wait but its just that because of the new application cap of 12000 which is half filled now, i want to get my application in this batch.

Do you have any recommendation for my fifth question regarding NOC code which is very important?

Experts, query regarding total no of years of education (India):
I have done by 4 year B.Tech degree and before that I did one year in B.Sc and left in between after completing 1st year. So total no of education in years would be: 10 (till tenth) + 2 (11-12th) + 1 (B.Sc-one year) + 4 (B.tech) = 17 years.

Secondly, for current & intended occupation, should we put NOC code for both OR it will be Engineer in my case.
