I started my first job in Canada jan 2010 and have no experience before. tell me what to put ?

and mention whatever experience you have gained in Canada in last 3 years.

Should be atleast 1 year.

Just curious to know , why they are asking previous work expereince rather than just expereince of current work expereince
Previous means something to me like before whatever you have right now?

take a cse where you are not applying within Canada and working suppose in US currently.

But your prior work exp was in Canada within last 1 year.

So then it would be YES. and if you are currently working in Canada then it will be NO.... it that right

Noo, you have to write Yes there always, because you have show your Canadian work ex.

If you write No, then you are not eligible to apply.

According to your answer above:

How can i apply within Canada , if i am working in US?
It make sense to me that i am currently working in US, and i have worked before in Canada then definitely this situation fits that have you previously worked in Canada, answer will be YES
Now revert this case and right now i am working in Canada and never worked before and they are asking have you previously worked in Canada, what should i put in ?
Just trying to make me understand about this sentence

According to Indian system Elementary/primary school: (including preprimary (one yr) + Gr 1 to Gr 4)=5 yrs
Secondary/ High School: Gr 5 to Gr 12= 8yrs
University/college: 3 yrs(BA/Bsc) + 2 yrs(MSc) + 3yrs(PhD)=8 yrs
According to Indian system Secondary is 10th or 10+2??

In India, Secondary is 10th
Senior Secondary is 10+2

But here, there is no sub division (second / sr. second). So take secondary to be 10+2

Elementary (in North America) = grades 1-8

Secondary school: Is this from Grade 1 till Grade 12 ?

Secondary = "High school" or grades 9-12.

University/college: This is graduation studies.


No...

Post-secondary = anything after high school, includes college/university

Graduate / Post-graduate = after college or university (master's, PhD...)


Is there criteria for minimum period of school studies required?

No, unless you work in a regulated occupation (e.g. physician, nurse), you have to meet the educational and licensing requirements of those occupations.

Could anyone help in answering my query?

IMM008 -- EDUCATIONAL/OCCUPATION DETAIL -- Number of years of education in total -- How many years should I fill out here? I am holding a B.Tech (IT) degrees studied for 4 years in India preceding with Grade12 to Grade1. I have also done Pre-KG, LKG and UKG each one year.

So should I include these 3 years of Kindergarten in the number of years of education?

i think elementary school is from 1 grade to 10 grade so 10 years
secondary school is 11 grade to 12 grade so 2 years
unversity level is 13 to 16 or 17 so 3 to 4 years most
we spend in education
