QUESTIONS ABOUT STUDENT VISA AND ACCOMPANYING SPOUSE VISA AND WORK PERMIT

My wife is applying for a 2 year program in Manitoba RRC and I am planning to accompany her ... i was searching for answers for some questions
should i apply for TRV as accompanying spouse with her application or after she receive her TRV visa as student ?
IF she got the student visa could they reject my visa as accompanying spouse ( reasons for rejection ) ??

i just saw your post as i am also applying 2 years student visa with my spouse open work permit and minor children. i got rejected last week as they suspect that we will not return to home country.

may i know if you have got it and whats the advise?
