Question Regarding PCC for Spouse who is already a PR

Hi,

I'm already a PR since 2018. My husband got the ITA recently for EE, and the application asks for PCC for me as well. Since I'm already a PR, can I submit an LOE with PR card copy instead of getting the PCC? Pls advise. Any help is appreciated!
