Hi,

You don't need to sign for LMO applications. You're going to sign the contract from your employer once your LMO is approved. Signed contract, job offer and LMO are important documents when you're going to apply for your TWP. I hope you din't pay your agent for LMO, seems he don't know what he's doing :)

You dont need to sign in your LMO application, and its your employer who will process the LMO. You only need to sign your contract.

Hi,

If you have approved LMO your employer should send it to you together with contract and job offer. Those are important documents when applying for Temporary Work Permit. You will be the one who will apply for your TWP. You can read further about work permit applications through this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who.asp
