Question on IMM5406 Additional Family Info

In the section for brothers and sisters, it says "also include step brothers and sisters". I do not have any blood brothers or sisters. However, I had two step brothers but my mother is widowed now. Am I required to list them or no?

Yes, I know what the instructions say. I should have phrased my question differently. My question should have stated: Since my mother is widowed, would CIC still consider them my step brothers since they are children of her husband whom passed away?
