Question about upfront medical exmination

Does anyone know if I don't include the upfront medical exam with my Inland PR/OWP application package, will that somehow hinder the implied status that comes with the approval of the inland PR + OWP applications?

Ideally, I'd like to send out my application ASAP before the visitor visa expires, and have the implied status.
I know either way the inland process will take a long time, so i don't mind if something is a bit slowed down because of not having the upfront medical in the package, at this point i just want to be safe with the "implied status" that comes with the approval of the application package.

As always, many thanks!

Because the medical exam only has a 1 year `shelf life', many Inland applicants defer the medical until it is requested. This can add to the overall processing time, but it can also prevent the applicant from having to have a second exam...because it takes ~18 months before you even reach stage 1 approval.

Unless the visa officer extends the original medical, which they sometimes do, she would have to pay for the exam all over again.

This has NO impact on implied status.

I wonder if it is possible to have the medicals done before the CIC request them but months (12?) after you sent the application. in order to don't delay much longer the already long process...

Absolutely.

Technically, the medical isn't even required until after AIP, because it is part of the admissibility assessment of the applicant (stage 2).

(AIP is the approval of the sponsor plus the verification of the relationship between the applicant and sponsor).
