Question about form IMM 1344 question "Sponsor Eligibility Assesment"

Hi all

We are not sure what we need to answer in a question on page 2 in the IMM 1344 form. The question is "(4) Do you reside in Canada and in no other country". Underneath its says "If you answered NO, but are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada, you may still be eligible to sponsor".

The questions is tied in with an eelier question "Are you a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada?".

We are not sure what to answer, my wife (Canadian) who is the sponsor live with me in Denmark and has done so for the last three years, but we plan on moving to Canada as soon as this visa goes through, so the right now she is only living outside Canada but are not planning on doing it forever.

Any suggstions?

my guess is...

"Are you a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada?". YES

But, depending on VO: you may be required to provide proof of intent to move to canada. Hence it is advisable to submit some kind of documentation supporting the fact that you would like to move back to canada along with your spouse(the sponsored person).
