This made me very concerned, I submitted family paper app on Oct 4, and waiting for AOR (expecting coming week), I only listed my citizenship status of home country, besides we lived for great length of time abroad as student, worker, PR and even visitor (europe). Urgh, unintentionally forgot to add details, perhaps was strapped around family application and all docs.

What should be the appropriate way to fix this?

Should I wait for AOR? Would they return our application or ask details? Or rather I provide details of each status in LOE thru webform right away?
Student, worker and PR were always required.to mention
It's just visitor that was recently added it seems

Somehow I missed the whole part and added only home country citizenship. Dang! After AoR, will provide LoEs for each applicant by providing similar table format details thru webform.

My suggestion is to send separate LoE via seperate webform for each member of the family as there application# will be different
The file number would be same since family application gets processed together.
You can submit one webform and mention all application numbers from the AOR. That ways you’ll be sure that it’s all saved in one file.

Thanks, will do one LoE w.r.t. file number, and while mentioning each family member table will refer to respective UCIs and App. numbers accordingly as well.

My bad, AOR doesn’t have file number. I corrected my post.
But i know it’s processed as one file from Oath. Oath notice has file number and it is same for all members of family. But as you mentioned a table with UCI and application number would be good

Thanks for the correction. I will proceed with submission of one LoE and will provide applicant name, UCI #, DOB, and Application # w.r.t. each table for each family member, all in one single LoE.

Application number is unique for each applicant.
You will not get the file# until the Oath invite.
The webform mentions only requires Application number and not the file number

Hello. What was the update on this please. I have the same situation. Did you inform ircc or not? Are you now a citizen?

Yes, I did by submitting webform and attaching an LOE on page 1, while page 2 contained detailed information in table format in answer to Q13. My background is in process - but not because of that Q13. You should fairly declare all status including 'visitor visas' you held.

Thanks. I'm about to do that now. Did they acknowledge your submission? I just got NOA yesterday so not sure I'll be able to track progress yet cos it takes about 2 days or more to access the tracker.
Did you also attach stamps and visas? I already submitted all these during my PR application but I'll resubmit. Thanks again.

Yeah no worries, just submit webform by attaching LoE and tabluar information, auto-ack reply you will receive but the actual ack comes usually late - you can confirm by calling after a month, whether they have updated info that u submitted on ur file or not. Register to new tracker and keep calm then, the whole journey is about nerves and requires patience. Good luck!

One more question please. The visitor status, do I put the visa validity date? Or each short visit periods when I traveled? Did you attach visa stamps?

Section 13 is for Immigration and Citizenship status.
There is another section asking for travel within a specified period in which you have to list the countries visited and stamps, visas in your passport
